Tracing Equines

I have phone this morning with the passport agency in my country, told me that they are not make duplicate passport, but a whole new passport and they would not also contact England. That means now I would actually have to write a letter to the previous owne to the passport agency to send as I have now understood that. I maybe come to the right passport and more information. I hope i understand it right what you and passportagency wrote.

Today i wrote a letter for the last previous owner and send it to the passportagency. So I hope i have an answere in a few....

I wanted to give a short feedback again. I have until today no feedback and the former owner has unfortunately not reported to me. Pity
