Tiptoes 13.3 grey mare

Desperately seeking any information, good or bad, about my first pony Tiptoes. She was a 13.3hh dapple grey Connemara x Welsh and would be approximately 20 years old now.
She was on working loan to a riding school in Tiptree, Essex about 12 years ago from her owners whom we never met personally, however as she was young and green she wasn't suitable and we took over loaning her until we could no longer afford it then she was sold somewhere in Norfolk I believe. She was passported for the first time when we was loaning her but I don't know who's name she would have been under.
I never got to say goodbye to her as she went whilst I was at school and would love to hear whatever became of her.
