(10-Sept-2011)
The BSJA website can be used to search for horses that have competed in BSJA competitions.
It is free to search for details and you get name, age, height, colour, bsja number, grade and if the horse has winnings.
It costs £10 to get a full horse record or just £5 if you are a bsja member.
I emailed them asking what details were included in a full horse record and this is what they said ..
11 January 2012 - updateIf you request a horses record you will receive a printout of the horses details such as name, height age etc and the horses Showjumping winnings – these are all the times the horse has been placed with prize money, gone double clear or qualified for anything we do not record eliminations etc. so a horse with an empty record on our system may have competed 20 times but just never been placed with prize money etc.
BSJA members can now receive view a full horse record for FREE, non-members are charged £10 still ... cheapest membership is Supporter membership at £29 (you can't jump bsja using this membership tho)
