Sightings of a white Ford Transit Tipper Van bearing the registration number BF51 WLW are needed please.

The person(s) using this vehicle is suspected of committing rural crimes, including taking scrap metal from farms.

Observations are requested for a silver Subaru car, registration number V736 DBR, believed to be currently in the Glasson Dock/Thurnham area of Lancashire.

This vehicle is possibly linked to wildlife crime.

A blue Landrover 110 with white stripes on side and bullbars has been stolen between 9pm last night and 4am this morning from Heysham, Lancashire.

A Kawasaki KFV quad bike was stolen from a farm in the Hollin Hall area of Trawden, Lancashire between midnight and 2am on Thursday 12th March.

STOLEN TRAILER

Location - Trawden, Colne, Lancashire BB8

Ifor Williams twin axle trailer 10x6 serial No. 336437 (similar to one pictured) stolen from a farm close to Trawden recreation ground, Lancashire at about 22:40 hrs on Wednesday 11th March.
The trailer was loaded with about one Ton of Ewe Cake 20x 25kg bags of Dugdales Sheep Feed Pellets.

STONE THEFT

Location - Barrowford, Lancashire
There have been two thefts of stone in the Barrowford area of Lancashire over the weekend.
Flag stones were stolen from church grounds on Wheatley Lane Road sometime over the weekend.
And coping stones were removed from a garden wall on Carr Hall Roadd on Saturday night (18 April).
The thieves clearly need transport for this kind of work.

FARMHOUSE BURGLARY ATTEMPT

Location - Caton, Lancaster, Lancashire LA2
At approximately 16:00hrs TODAY (Sunday 26th April 2015) 3 male suspects have attempted to gain entry to a farmhouse in the Claughton area of Caton, Lancashire before being disturbed by the home owner.
The suspects are believed to be driving a green Ford Focus estate vehicle with a 51 plate.

POACHING INCIDENT

Location - Padiham, Lancashire
A white Vauxhall Corsa PJ14___ was noted during the day on Friday 1st May, parked up in the layby off the A6068 Barrowford Road leading to High House Farm Padiham.
Three occupants left the vehicle with two lurcher dogs and made onto land heading in the direction of Back Lane, with their dogs off the lead.

STOLEN LAND ROVER DEFENDER

Location - Burnley, Lancashire

Stolen on Tuesday 19 May at around 4.30pm from Burnley, Lancashire and later spotted in Blackburn.
Land Rover Defender in bright lime green with black wheels and roof.
Registration number B422 DNH

STOLEN POLARIS ACE ATV

Location - Colne
This Polaris Ace ATV (pictured) was stolen from a barn in Colne on Wednesday 13 May. The ATV was bought for the owners disabled daughter and was only 2 weeks old.
Registration number is PO15 KSY

STOLEN LAND ROVER DEFENDER 110

Location - Lytham, Lancashire
Stolen last night (Saturday 23/Sunday 24 May) from the Lytham area of Lancashire.
Completely customised Land Rover Defender 110 with wide arch sport kit.

Large Amount Of Tack Stolen
Area = Lancashire

There have been two burglaries this week where the thieves have used the same technique – details follow:

Crime number 1:

Farm, Pinfold Lane, Inskip, Preston
Log number LC-20150806-0176-1

The burglary occurred between 6pm 5th and 7.20am 6th August 2015.

The offender(s) approached some remote stables just off a rural road; they opened the 5-bar gate to gain access for their vehicle to go through into the stable yard where there were 10 horses.

Using bolt cutters, the offender(s) cut off the lock securing the door to the tack room and stole tack from within the room and also some spare saddles which they found in an office area.

A description of the saddles follows:
15 saddles, most with girth and stirrups, 11 bridles, all with reins and bits affixed, some with breast plates and martingales.

Crime number 2:

Lower Lane, Freckleton, Preston
Log number LC-20150806-0238

The burglary occurred between 4pm 5th and 8.30am 6th August 2015.

The offender(s) entered the stables located on a rural country lane; they parked out of sight in a vehicle before entering the yard by crushing the fence. The offenders cut the CCTV and then broke into the stables and stole three saddles and other equipment before leaving.

A description of the saddles follows:
One brown Havana saddle with a suede seat that has two suede trims on the side and the ‘Fylde Saddlery Garstang’ logo.
One brown synthetic general purpose saddle 17.5 inches.
One black dressage saddle, girth extenders, bridles, martingales, chest plates.

Spate Of Farm Thefts
Area = Lancashire

Between 19 and 21 August 2015 a number of thefts have taken place from farms and stables in the Kirkham and surrounding areas of Lancashire.

A farm on Station Road, Singleton was broken into between 8pm 20th and 9am on the 21st August 2015. Offenders forced padlock to large metal barn which housed tuck shop/café stealing sweets and cash. Log 298 of 21st August.

A farm on Staining Old Road, Staining was broken into between 7pm 18th and 10am 19th August – offenders snapped locks to enter storage containers and stole saddles, bridles and horse blanket.

Premises on Staining Old Road, Staining were broken into between 7pm 18th and 10am 19th August – Offenders snapped locks to storage containers and a caravan stealing saddles, harnesses, bridles, electrical equipment and other items. Log 389 of 19th August.

Please stay vigilant in these area and spread the word!
