Attention - Owners of Ifor Williams Trailers

Post by TracingEquines »

ATTENTION POLICE AND OWNERS OF IFOR WILLIAMS TRAILERS.

Ifor Williams Trailers hold a Database of serial numbers and owners details, including details of those reported as stolen. Police should carry the telephone number shown below which, in conjunction with PNC, could be of great use during roadside checks.

OWNERS: In the event of your Ifor Williams Trailer being stolen, you should contact them immediately to give them the necessary details and they will mark that Trailer as STOLEN on their database.

They will need details of the date of theft, make and model of trailer and the Serial Number, which should be available to you from your paperwork.

You should also remember to advise Ifor Williams you sell-on a trailer, so that the new owners details can be added, and DON'T forget,if you move, you need to notify them of the change of address. (this can be done on their website)

The contact number is: 01490 412626

Other helpful comments from Facebook

Liz - If you ring them before you buy one, they'll tell you the year, the dealership it was originally sold from and will tell you if it's stolen

Linda - The serial number is etched into the metal crossbar at the front of the trailer, in case you've lost / never received the paperwork.
