Please help me find out how fergie/saffron is

I am trying to trace a 15/15.2 chestnut mare born 1998
her passport was with British driving society (BDS will not help locate horse/owner through passport)
her name on the pass port is fergie but I re named her saffron which I wrote on the pass port
I never got round to putting my info on her passport
she was sold to a girl called Victoria in Essex which she was selling her on
I was told she went to a girl in Yorkshire which was around the end of may beginning of June 2012
she has a dent (lucky thumb print as some say) on her lower part of her neck
she a fantastic jumper
I am desperate to find out how she is.
I'm not looking to want her back just some info on how she is doing with her new mummy/daddy
please any info would be great x
