Tracing 'William'

I'm looking for my mares only son William.
He is a bay 7/8 thoroughbred gelding who would be about 13/14 years old now. He is approx 16.1hh but has a very high wither which has a small scar along it. William is known to weave and box walk when being stabled for long periods.
All I know is that he was given away by a lady from Pen-y-coedcae (Penycoedcae), Pontypridd, Rhondda Cynon Taff CF37 (South Wales) about 4 or 5 years ago, as a companion. The lady that picked him up was going to attempt to re break him even though this had been attempted on numerous occasions with no success. He was picked up in a cattle type trailer.
I am desperate to know what has happened to him and if he is ok. He is a very sensitive man and does not winter well.
Any info would be greatly appreciated
