Alpaca Cria Stolen in Cornwall
Member Alert

We have just received notification of a three month old female alpaca stolen from a member in St Austell Cornwall on Saturday night. She is light fawn with very dark eyes. If you are offered such an animal, or asked advice about the care of an orphan, please take all the details and contact the society office as a matter of urgency. The local police, radio and new papers have all been informed.

This is yet another reminder to us all to get our babies chipped and onto the society database. At least then at some point that chip will be read, and we can identify them.

We will send out a follow up message if and when she is found. On two previous occasions in other parts of the country there has been a happy outcome.

Thankyou to everyone who attended the meeting tonight.

If anyone needs a Community Messaging leaflet (A way for the police to contact you to pass information or appeal for information) please contact the group. On the look out for a light blue Mini Cooper S, with white roof, young female driving. 51 plate. Par/Tywardreath area. Rather distinctive mini. If you see this vehicle or know of it, please contact PSCO Linda Thomas at St.Blazey Police Station or report in here. VERY unfriendly driver past horses!
