Captain Jack, bay gelding

Please help me find a pony that I knew a while ago. Last March the stables that I rode at sold my favourite pony called Captain Jack unexpectedly and I never got to say goodbye to him. He did not belong to the stables but to a family who kept him at working livery there. I have been searching for him ever since he was sold .
He is a Welsh sec D x C he has a white star and he is a bay. Both his back legs have white socks and his muzzle is paler than the rest of his head. He is and ex XC pony but hasn’t competed in a while.
I knew him in Kingston Upon Thames in London but unfortunately I have no idea where he was sold to or what dealer he went to and I am unsure if he has been sold on since.
He does have a freeze mark on his back, but unfortunately I don’t know what the actual number is.
If you have ANY info at all about this wonderful boy please contact me,
Thanks
