I wondered if anyone could let me know if they know where my old appaloosa went when Filby Riding Centre, near Gt Yarmouth, Norfolk shut down. He was about 17 at the time and his registered name was Red Wolf of Blythwind. Filby turned to livery round about 1994 so it's unlikely the old boy is still alive. I was asked if I wanted to buy Wolfe but couldnt at the time. Would appreciate any news good or bad and would love a pic if possible as I lost mine years ago. Thank-you

Thank-you, I'd found some of his details on the sportshorse register, he was gelded at around the age of 15 and I know he sired 3 foals. I will try calling them. This was long before the passport scheme came in unfortunately so records werent kept very well back then.

Oh wow thats nice to know his babies are still going strong. Just want to know he ended up loved as much when the centre shut down. They were selling him for £3,000 and my hubby said no way.
