This is a complete waste of people's time. Enough time has been wasted already with this guy he has moved Benny from field to field locally to avoid paying any rent he has put this horse through hell depending on wether or not he had gone on one of his drinking benders and sometimes wouldn't see him for days. Kirk you can't behave the way you do and expect no consequences you were warned by numerous welfare departments and let's face it if we all behaved like you do there would be no horses and you are not fit to care for Benny so let him go.

No one knows if he was actually fly grazing andwassup removed for this, or seized by welfare but either way werever he is now he will be better off than with an owner who can't pay for any livery and uses private properties to let his horse graze, then moves on to the next. It's unacceptable and he is wrong to report him stolen. It's just wasting people's time anyone who knows Kirk would tell you the same.
