Information wanted about Charlie, 15.1hh bay welsh gelding, freezemark V39

Any information on Charlie (renamed Corey) would be great, I bought him from a dealers yard called west view stables who we think imported him from Ireland, but his passport we got with him isn't even his, we have no information on him at all :(, he's bay with 3 white socks and a stripe/snip

I've had him since he was 9
