Post by TracingEquines »

29 june 2015 = BBC dealt another blow after losing control of TV rights for Olympics
Link = http://www.theguardian.com/sport/2015/j ... -eurosport
• Discovery, owner of Eurosport, signs £920m deal from 2022 onwards
• BBC can still sub-license rights but will no longer be home of Olympics

Discovery will take control of the UK rights from 2022, as the BBC has already secured exclusive rights to the 2016, 2018 and 2020 Games.
