Have you tried giving Freezemark a ring to see if his freezemark registration has been updated ?

He was sold about 3 years ago. I rang Padlock Ireland who seem to have gone out business. they are going to check the records and come back to me.
His passport hasn't had a change of ownership, I'm awaiting a call back to see if his chip no. has been used for a white passport.
I was just hoping somebody would recognise him.

Yes, Padlock Ireland have ceased trading unfortunately.
I can't seem to find a relevant passport on NED for him.
Chip number ? as in microchip number ? What is it ?

His passport is under "King Rodrigo" but he is still registered to my friend Julie, his chip no. 985100008167613 still appears to be registered to her too.

and his passport and chip were issued in Ireland, he could be in either the UK or Ireland.
