Please tune in to BBC 1 Countryfile for their Burn's Night Special on Sunday 25th January at 18:30 hrs to see Ellie Harrison meeting the Ormiston Highland Ponies at Newtonmore and trying Pony Trekking and even having a go at Carriage Driving too, including sitting behind a team of four Highlands

The team is in the Highlands of Scotland, following in the footsteps of Robert Burns. John Craven is at the Falls of Foyers on the banks of Loch Ness, finding out about the poet's Highland tour and how the area is such a stronghold for the elusive red squirrel. He also visits Killiecrankie, where he meets a fiddle player inspired by a contemporary of Burns. Ellie Harrison speaks to photographers and poets who take inspiration from the landscape, and heads into the Cairngorms, where she learns to drive a pony and carriage. Plus, Tom Heap investigates the problem of food poisoning from chickens. Including Weather for the Week Ahead
