Tilshead, Sailsbury, Wiltshire.
On loan with view to buy. After having to give 10 days notice to vist, requested borrower to allow vet inspection at my expense and extend loan, removing option to buy. Borrower refused vet inspection and requested that I collected Oscar. Loan agreement terminated. Went to collect on the 15/04/2012 but horse not at the field where he should be kept and borrower refused to hand him over. Borrower now holding horse on demand of livery charges.

ID/Connemara Freezemark on Left Shoulder DW82
He has a strange trot with his hind legs wide which gives a stiff apperance.

12 Nov - from Gill - Small Claims Court Hearing end of this month! Hope to get him home before the winter really sets in but I have my doubts.
30 Nov - from Gill - Failed! What a farse. Still numb/shell shocked.
1 Dec - from Gill - Yes, Ali (mhol) tried to mediate for us back in July/August but with no luck.
