Recently he has been introduced to harness and cart and doing well. This boxy little pony is fit and sound and has good paces. Wormed to date and good with the farrier. Sire was a mouse dun colour and dam was blue and white. Magic is dark in winter but in summer his coat is a blue grey roan and he has a dark head and dark lower legs. Owners have just received this message from a lady who bought his last colt, which she named Ted: “Ted has just really started and is still learning, he came 2nd in yearling class at the end of last year. He won his first ever youngstock class in Jan beating stallions. He has probably done about 12 shows as a foal, yearling and now youngstock and he has of yet never failed to be placed. Ted's character is brilliant; he is a pleasure in every way. Everybody at the yard loves him- I can’t find fault with him for anything. The oldest colt on the yard and best behaved to boot!”

He is very natural over any fence and is brave enough to cover the toughest of field or fence, having jumped ditches, walls, post and rail and hedges. This pony’s job is to hunt and hack and have a lot of fun with.

Hacking he is the safest of steeds and can be trusted in any traffic, he is not spooky and really does take care of his riders. This pony knows when he has a nervous/novice rider and is careful with them.

To handle he is a real little gentleman, a dobbin to lead to and from the field, easy to shoe, clip, load and catch. He is friendly, comes to call and loves to be groomed, he and is 100% trustworthy with children; has never kicked or bitten.
