Whoops, sorry meant to say his passport and chip were issued in Ireland, he could be in the UK or Ireland.

His passport is under "King Rodrigo" but he is still registered to my friend Julie, his chip no. 985100008167613 still appears to be registered to her too.

He was sold about 3 years ago. I rang Padlock Ireland who seem to have gone out business. they are going to check the records and come back to me. His passport hasn't had a change of ownership, I'm awaiting a call back to see if his chip no. has been used for a white passport. I was just hoping some...
