You do realise we're in England so any sun is likely to be that which is filtered through the windows of our place of work

I can't really add to it, except, make sure you both have contracts detailing what is expected, and keep yourself a number of copies in case they get lost or damaged, it may be worth looking at getting some insurance as well especially if you're expected to cover full costs of,...

I'm buying some as a driver its very clear to me how important hi viz is, it gives a few crucial extra seconds to react, very important even in the spring/summer when a lot of children will be out on ponies, nice to see their leaders or accompanying adult wearing hi viz too
